Elderberry Jam (seedless)

Plonker's elderberry Jam is made from just elderberries hand picked from the bush at the bottom of the garden, (honestly). These are washed and are carefully blended with the sugar to bring out the full flavour of the elderberries. Nothing else is added. Please note elderberry Jam is a SEEDLESS jam and is made from pure elderberry juice. At Plonkers we only pick elderberries, when the birds start to eat them. We feel that mother nature is the best guide to ripeness. Just a small warning with Plonkers elderberry products, avoid contact with clothes as we have not yet found a good method of elderberry stain removal. With a small jam loving child, believe me ,we have tried.
