All our postal packaging is re-useable. We ask customers to send back the Plonkers empty jars and bottles, in the packaging that they received their order in.
Plonkers will then wash, sterilize and re-use all the jars, bottles and packaging, thus keeping our costs down and so maintaining our competitive prices.
By doing this we will give customers who re-cylcle their plonkers empties back to us a discount on their next order.
Discount subject to percentage of returns. Eg. if a customer returns 100% of their plonkers empties then we will give a full 10% discount from their next order.
